I'm hoping in the sun the light lavender stipe I put under the scales on the top radius will be more noticeable. That and a slightly lighter grey under the scale mask and this should catch em.

I am as well. I'll see if I can't post a pic of a ditch pickle eating a dirty bone after I go fishing tomorrow.

I am going to play with this pattern a little might mix pearl white and a few drops of iridescent blue together and see if I can get a more natural look on the belly like the one pictured. Thanks for posting the pics and links.

I couldn't get any keeper bass today on it, but caught several 14" crappie on the dirty bone. I hung it in a brush pile and spent about 10 minutes with a lure retriever before I got it loose. Looks like I might need to order a few extras.

I'm thinking that was one of the original copper bone I did, I did do some of the dirty bone in that blank in the past though. Man crappie eating a 1 oz crank is impressive. Don't have to measure those big ones.

Really like the way this lure looks in sunlight. Is it a ghost or are the sides just a bit yellowish. Is that a feather on the tail hook? Very nice*****

Not sure if you're using pearl or transparent over the stripe. But an light Opaque stripe under light Grey or white based pearl should give a nice muted lavender fade. Colors fading from brownish back over lavender shoulders to grey scale to white belly...very nice look to it. Excellent work IMHO
