Hey guys! Just got back from Fort Phantom and caught several hybrids this evening using live shad/cut shad as I have shown in previous videos. So I thought I would share my "shad tank on a budget" design that has worked out very well for me and didn't cost me but around $200. If you are DYI type of guy, this shouldn't be a very difficult project and makes a heck of shad tank.
