What has the rain done to the white bass run? Is water to high to fish?

The river is in flood stage. I'd imagine the fish are up in the woods. Was planning a trip out there, but my camping spot is under water.

I was out there this past weekend and the water was really high. We caught a few, but nothing special. As kdub said they were back in the woods.
