I may have a silly question but I’m new to boat ownership and so far it’s living up to the bad reputation. Does anyone recommend a place here in Dallas to “repair” a trolling motor? It’s actually physically damaged. During the floods last week, the water rose over my boat lift and the boat was smashed around the dock. The boat is banged up, but fine. However, somehow the TM was unlocked and went over and into the down position where it was smashed against the dock as well. It did not fare as well. Is this something that I may be able to get repaired? If so, any rec’s would be great. Pretty sure I’m going to need a new TM. If it matters, the motor is a Minn Kota Ulterra. Thanks in advance.
