For all you anglers and pleasure boater that use Corps of Engineers passes, the fees are increasing in Sept.

I renewed this month for $40 for the year (mine expires in Aug anyway). Next month the yearly pass will be $80.

If you are a Senior (age 62), this month you can pay a one time $10 fee for Corp access for the rest of your years. If you wait until next month, the one time cost will be $80.

They could not tell me what the daily fee will be. It is $5 right now.

Just a heads up !!

Limits on Whitney are consistent. Good stripers to 12lbs on Granbury. May post pictures later.

Granbury Eclipse fish in the afternoon with the biggest at 11.15lbs on the deliar.

Whitney fish were closer to Cedar Creek. We caught about 30 stripers but the clients did not want to keep any fish, but I kept a few.

For seniors camping at federal campgrounds the fee is half price.

I called one location and was told that they are all sold out around the Metroplex. I plan on ordering it online. Thanks for the heads-up.

To save $. Corp day use parks are $5 a day. The pass gets you into any corp day use parks unlimited amount of times for a yearly fee of $40. I hit the ramp 30 - 60 times a year. I started saving money on the 9th trip. Only better option is a free ramp if you are lucky enough to be close to one.

Active military is free. Veterans do not get a discount. I always ask since I am a vet.

The federal park pass is going up ($80)in September. Not the annual pass for Army Corp parks.
