I'm headed to Fork this weekend and plan on doing a lot of fishing, bass and Sandys. Anyone had any sandbass luck on fork recently? Any pointers or general locations your willing to share? I would really like to get my son on a good school or hump.
Thanks

Let us know if you got into the White bass on Lake Fork, I'm hoping to make it that way sometime soon.

Congrats on the catch. Are they starting to stack up, or are they still holding tight to the bottom? What was the depth?
Thanks for the report, can't wait till this weather settles down and I can get out there.

The white bass bite is on at Fork and they are schooled up on many points, roadbeds, and ridges. I enjoy catching them when the bass fishing is slow and I have had many customers lately happy to take a break from bassin and catch a bunch of Sandies.
Catching them on slabs and small swim baits from Moes Tackle. I fish out of a 23' Ranger CC and I am happy to take customers out who want to catch white bass.
My sand bass trips are $100/angler with. $300 minimum for A 4-5 hour trip. I enjoy showing my customers how to locate and catch these hard fighting fish on light tackle.
Lots of fun for all ages and levels of fisherman.
Go early, stay late! The best time to go fishing is as soon as you can!
