Hey guys, any report about white bass moving up Nails or Yegua creeks? I've never fished there before, are the creeks accessible from the bank? I don't want to take my small boat up there just yet. I'm on a recon mission to see if I can catch them from the bank.

Yes, check the Lake Somerville thread in the bank fishing section.

You may be better taking your boat up there, most of the trailway is still closed due to the flooding that had occurred, roads and trails washed out. You can go a long way up both creeks right now.
If I fished for money.........I'd be broke.
In a world of compromise.....Some don't.

Fished Nails creek with a couple buddies just about every bend we fished we picked up some solid fish not a whole lot of big females but I dont think it will be very long from now. We were in my boat and water is high.
