Would it be too much to ask for someone to give me gps coodinates to Blora for Saturday? If I have that, I need no directions. Cave is a gps reading fool!!!! He is a geocacher, and we will be looking forward to doing some of that while in the area as well.

I don't know what blora is except to say that I sometimes make that noise when I drink expired milk by mistake.

You might try this web site:
http://www.topozone.com/viewmaps.asp

Do a name search for the place you seek, play with the controls till you find the location of interest and then set the coordiates for the format you seek.

Good Luck,
R

Sharon, if you can tell me where Blora is (nearest city) then I can give you the coordinates for it provided it's on my map program.

BLORA is located on the main lake of Belton lake(town of Belton). East of the main lake on the south shore. The beginning of cowhouse creek. Hope this helps..

I'm just a little curious, is the art of looking at a map to get GPS coords a dead art or something?

Seems that with a good ruler, and a map it would be pretty easy to get within a couple points of the location.

Thanks for the coords MrG but what Im not sure about are these "pavillion" coords for this BLORA place? It appears to be 5 miles south of the Ramada? Just asking?

We are staying at the one in Belton, I think Cave has it almost figured out, correct me if I'm wrong, but he says it looks like the pavillion is about 5 miles from the Ramada Inn.

Not sure, but should be close. We should be on the water before you hit the area, so I can call with grids
