 Spawn on the Washita River?

Went up the river on Saturday to see if anything is spawning. Did not mark anything nor see anyone catch anything. Water temp in the river is 58 degrees while the lake temp is 55.
Does anyone have any idea of when the spawn will start? I have heard when the river hits 70 degrees is best.....
