It has been a little over a year since the flood. The last few weeks is really the first time since then that the water clarity has been good all over the lake.Just now starting to see striper come out to play beside a few here ,and there. I would love to tell all of you Game On.When the topwater comes back ,and We are catching fish like the ones today we will let you know.

On my trip today after about a hour of struggling for a few sandbass in the cooler we decided we were going to look for Striper only .I found a group of fish on a hump, and slabed one over out of the school.I caught up to them one more time ,and got another over. Then poof they disappeared. So I moved on looking on deep structure .Finally marked some fish hugging the bottom set up a drift, and I looked down the side imaging lit up on the graph so I moved over a little with the trolling motor, and it was game on for a few drifts. We got all our Overs threw a few back, and got a few box fish out of the deal.I hope it is a sign that our striped fish have just been eluding us for a while.I hope they keep showing up because I here the Hubbard Gang Is going to Invade soon. There are alot of magnum sanbass roming the lake with a chance at some Striper. Well enough talk here is some eye Candy. grin
