Well, for the first time I can remember, I struck out three days in a row on Texoma. I had a few buddies in town, and we fished Friday afternoon, all day Saturday, and Sunday morning. Fished from the cross, to IV, around the peninsula, the confluence, in Little Mineral arm, and down to Butterfly . . . . scored a 00 all three days. Fished shallow, deep, jigs, sassies, even A-Rigs. . . not a bass, sandy, striper . . . nothing.

Its a grind out there folks . . . . I drove well over 100 miles over the three days. Would've gone west to check out my February holes, but the water just kept getting dirtier the closer I got to the Islands.

If you're gonna go, bring some snacks and a bunch of gas. . . . .;-)

Anyone can catch a lot of fish when they're hungry . . . . My favorite days are the ones where the fish don't want to eat, but I make 'em do it anyway.
