Just checking back in...I been to busy of late to follow the board much at all. Thanks to all the folks that have ordered baits since I mentioned I was going back to college to further my education. Well, looking forward to giving that a crack...not sure about this whole going to college online thing though, we shall see. Guys I have to apologize for how long some of the orders are taking, some orders have gone out in a few days, some are taking 1-4 weeks. We have been kicking out a good amount of baits of late. There have been some happy folks when the baits show up. This is not my full time job, I appreciate everyone's patience. I will gladly offer up a refund if I am not fast enough :), I have only had one customer take me up on that in 10 years. I have not shut the website down yet or even retool it, but the overhaul is coming...and I mean that will happen very soon...I doubt I will shut down totally, but there will be no more jigheads, and a very limited offering of slab selection and colors...if I cant maintain that then will probably just shut it down for a spell.
If you would like to check out a good white bass article on vertical jigging for white bass check out the August/Sept 2015 Issue of Infishermen. Proud to say that the Redneck Jigs did make an appearance in the write up & pics. The article was written by Bob Maindelle who fishes Lake Belton and surrounding lakes.
I appreciate the support over the last 11 years of selling baits on here. One thing I have tried to do consistently is offer up baits that I would want in my box, and I have to tell you I am pretty picky. It better be built like a tank, and look pretty slick. I treated all orders the same on quality whether it was for an order of 3 baits all different, or 600 baits from a guide who works a lot of trips with other guides...I have found that quality keeps them coming back time and time again.
