After the flooding and having the boat in the shop for almost a month I was finally able to get back on the lake. Fish are hanging around points in 15-22' of water, lots of yellows and yellow x white hybrids in the mix. Just have to find the fish and hang on until the sandbass move in, that's about all you can do right now. I caught all my fish on 5/8oz chartreuse spoons and a chartreuse crappie jig about 18" above it. I think I ended up catching 20-30 sandbass and probably 60-70 yellow bass. I fished from 6-8 tonight. These are just a few pictures of the doubles that I pulled up. Headed back tomorrow to see if I can get in to them again.

I was out there once last weekend and had tons of small yellows and whites, but not a single keeper. Probably caught 30-40 babies. They were all over Hybrid Point, Little Ridge area, and off the Lavonia bank.
I never could find any decent size fish, will hopefully be out there this weekend again. Come holler at me if you see me. Thanks for the report!

Today's report: Got into the sandies and yellows again today. My friend Cody and I caught a 2 man limit and lost count of the yellow bass. Today I used a 1/2oz slab with a crappie jig above it. Lots of doubles, tons of mags.

Thanks for the great report. Finally back in Texas from working at a summer camp on Table Rock in MO all summer. You still seeing any action on top? I'm sure it's probably way too late but a man can hope

Thanks for the great report. Finally back in Texas from working at a summer camp on Table Rock in MO all summer. You still seeing any action on top? I'm sure it's probably way too late but a man can hope Friday evening we saw a few fish acting like they were going to start boiling but it was just a sparse fish here or there chasing a surface shad. we caught several fish 2-3' under the surface in 13' of water but none actually on the surface.
