Its crazy out there right now. Found the fish and a ton of them.





Met Keith Bunch (BridgeportGuideService) at the ramp and introduced myself. Super col dude. We were all in the boat show and he had a guided trip going. I heard him several times telling other boats where the fish were and how to fish them. Didn't have to do that. Stand up guy for sure.

We were out there this morning as well. I had intentions of hybrid fishing, but after we set up for them, we pulled catfish after catfish out of the lake. Most were in the 3-8 lb range, channels and blues. We just decided to finish the day with those, and visit a friend of mine that lives up by Northside Marina.

I saw the boat show, looked like a good size crowd. Next week I think we will target the hybrids and leave the catfish alone even if they are hot again.
