And now it's slightly lower again after more rain. Lavon is 5.4' above normal and dumping water into RH and yet RH is barely full. I keep wondering why RH took so long to fill and is not above normal. Anyone have any input on that?

Perhaps there just was not as much rain run off in the areas that feed RH as there was LL. I was wondering how RH was not quite 100% while other area lakes were above flood stage myself.
