Another great day on Lake Texoma. Ian Macintosh caught a nice trophy on Lake Texoma with me today. Still not seeing much schooling going on but it was nice to see a big fish for a change. This one looked like it had spawned but I'd say we are in mid spawn and lots of fish are still up river. Caught a good box today with Ian and his family but it's been somewhat of a grind and this time of year is normally pretty easy. I'll be glad when they are on top all over the lake chasing shad out of the water.

Nice work John. Those big fish are a lot of fun but I'll take those box fish any day.

Well it looks like one of those big gals came back from the river.
I think all this rain has really changed the dynamic on Texoma and PK. Fishing should be through the roof good but it's not.
