At 12:00pm on Friday April 24 Lewisville is 6 inches below full pool. With this rain I expect full pool by Saturday. This is the first time in the three years I have been in Texas. I hope the other lakes are doing as well. Perhaps the fishing on Lewisville will recover soon.

If we're really lucky, the lake will go over the spillway and we can get new video of another jetskier flying over it! Free entertainment!

(yes, I've got a mean streak)

Awesome!!!

man it's been more than 5 years that LL looked this good.
Over @ shady shores, there's a beached sailboat that marks the last hi-water mark from '07
The water was almost back to it yesterday

Hubbard is doing good too. Last year we went on the 4th of July and the fishing pier we were going to use was 50 yards from the shoreline. I bet it actually has water under it now.

Tomorrow I will be out there to give the lake a try and discover for myself if the new lake level is going to improve the catching. The hybrids have been on a pattern and I guess they will have moved to a new mystery location. I will be lucky if it can be found.

PJ,

My research indicates that the last time LL was at 522 ft was 4/27/12, you have a pretty good memory.
