Man I sure hope to...with the gills gone back deeper, I hope to find a few while fishing brush piles and timber for crappie!!! Good luck to y'all heading out this weekend!
Katchin krappie...doin surgeries(filleting)...and givin hott grease baths until krunchy and golden brown is what it's all about!!!

I'm planning on it. Made a quick scouting trip on the river at Kerrville last saturday and found a couple bull Rios hanging next to a school of short bass. Plan to go back and see if we can make something happen. Fishing story of course but they looked 12" and thick,I thought they were also bass till I seen their sides. We'll see if that's the case Saturday. Goodluck everyone!

Fish are very active after last weeks rain! Caught over 75 nice fish the other day while fishing a local creek. Cooler weather and the water was crystal clear with a good current. Taking the weekend off but will be back at it on Monday!
