Greetings all !!! I have been reading this forum a few years now and have signed up officially. I live in SA and primarily fish saltwater but have a 9 week old boy now and am exploring more local fishing opportunities when I can't make it to Baffin Bay. I am totally not into bass fishing and usually like to keep a few for the fryer so hence why I don't like bass fishing. I figured I'd hang out with you panfish guys ! And just wanted Banker to know his posts are the reason I don't lose it at work

 "Bafinboy" to the Texas Fishing Forum and to the Bluegill (Sunfish) Section. Glad to have you on board and looking forward to reading your future post.  Side Note: The anglers who hang out here are "SUPER". You will learn a lot. The best advice I can give you while searching for the "Pan Fish" (sunfish) is to keep it simple and have fun. Lots of places to fish in our area that have good populations of nice sunfish. The more you fish for em the better you will get and to know their patterns. The anglers here can really help you out just as they have all done for me over the years. Don't be afraid to ask questions or give us some of your advice on fishing. As I say catching a mess of hungry Bluegill on ultra light tackle. It just don't get any better!
