all, Just returned from a long weekend fishing the Llano and San Saba rivers. I fell in love with the San Saba- it's wadeable and holds nice fish- especially big red breasts. (yellow bellies) Here are some photos of this part of the trip Day 2 on the San Saba- very productive for LMB bass, guads, and sunfish and one BIG red ear Les

Looks like an Awesome time. Nice fish especially on the fly! Side Note: Fished the San Saba last August just outside of Junction. Did pretty good on the Redbreast and Bluegill.

Thanks guys. We fished the park in Menard and access points east back to mason. After talking to fishing guide Billy Trimble yesterday, I learned that the fishing and acess actually improves upstream towards Ft McKavett. So, that's no on my radar.
