Pictures before going under the broiler and after coming out. The only thing I would change is that I would cut the dried oregano in half.

Good quality lemon pepper,granulated garlic and unsalted whole butter and your there
I would pass on the oregano on fish either way,thyme would be much better
Werkz damn fine on big catfish steaks anyway(if yah aint frying)

Fitz, I doubt many of the guys on the bass forum care about a recipe for cooking fish. That's why I posted the recipe here. I'm selective on what I keep, but am fishing a slot lake and that permits me to keep a few small bass for the grill or oven. I target sunnies more often than bass throughout the dog days of summer.

Ummmmm, looks oh so good!
Bass is in the sunfish family and if you like eating bluegill you'll love bass even better....Don't have a lot of bones to pick through either.
