Fished Dunlap this morning 8:00 to 12:00. Water temp 76 degrees at upper river and 78 degrees mid lake. Water clarity excellent...haven't seen it this clear all year. Fished nightcrawlers on bottom Carolina rig style with 6 lb test. Caught 30 - 40 various bluegill, 4 bass, one Rio, and 1 catfish. The red ear bite still slow (caught 2 small ones) I don't think it will be back until the snails recover from the floods. Maybe this fall, it will pick up after a few fronts push through. I think I may have seen a few in the clear water when I was loading the boat. Best bite came mid way down across from shumans ramp area.

Nice catch. The river lakes should start really turn on with the first strong cold front coming in Sunday! Will be fishing next week for sure.
