Tried an interesting recipe tonight that I found on YouTube. Had fillets from a nice bass to use. Thought it would be great, but would probably give it a B- or C+, at best. Don't think I like the mixture of white wine, chicken stock, and lemon juice with the butter. Anyway, thought I would show it to you. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=iMRXRwIneUw

Looks super good to me!  You are really good at putting together a nice fish dinner.
