02 dodge ram diesel . I had a couple pieces of rotted connections to the vacuum line coming off the motor and followed it to the firewall . I still can't get air to any vents . Anything else I can check?

I believe they have a blender door that is a common problem to get stuck. May google that, I bet its your problem.

If you are sure there are no more vacuum leaks then i would suspect a broken door in the dash. Dodges are notorious for broken doors because they are all plastic.

There is a guy from around austin that makes and sells doors that will NOT EVER break. They are called heater treater. The doors are all metal so there is nothing to break. I have installed several of them in dodges throught the last couple of years. You can replace the doors without pulling the dash but i prefer to pull the dash because its not a hard job being as i have done probably 8-10 of them. Not pulling the dash requires cutting the plenum and taping it back up.

If you need any more help pm me and i will do my best

I work on allot of diesels, autos, machinery at my house. But the Dodge like you have I have also. The vacuum line that comes off the air pump make sure the elbow isn't cracked. No air to the vents is because you have no vacuum pressure to the box or your selector knob and it defaults to the defrosters. When you turn the selector knob do you here anything like a slight air noise. You can remove the the controller from the dash to make sure the tubes running to it hasn't split or broke off from it. I have seen that happen to.

I had a similar problem on my Ranger. A/c would only blow out of dash. Replaced every freaking bad vacuum line I could find with no change. Finally got one of the guys to hook up the smoke machine to it and lo and behold the damn heater control valve was busted causing my vacuum leak! So if it has a vacuum controlled heater control valve you might check it. Mine wasnt leaking coolant but it was leaking vacuum.
