Here are some photos from today. Took a drive over to Caney Creek, Solider, Catfish bay and some other areas.

Rooster creek bridge should be closed by late tonight as the water was only inches from going over the road and about 18 inches from going over bridge

Looks like it will take weeks of letting water out to get things even close to back to normal.

It was warm and sunny today with only a 20% chance of rain. Out of no where, this cell pops up and drops a little over an inch of rain in less than 30 minutes. About 20 minutes after the storm, the sun was out again. Not looking good with the next 6 days being 50-60% chance. Some pictures of the storm that came through Madill this afternoon

This was a picture I saw on Facebook yesterday. Less than 24 hours after I took the photo of the bridge in the original post.

We have received over 3 inches of rain in an hour tonight with more storms on the way, early in the AM. Not looking good for the lake

Imagine how bad it would be if most of lakes weren't low when all this rain started this spring.
May have to start building an Ark next year.

Hope you don't mind me putting these here rather than making another Texoma thread:

That's one guy you can only see his head out of the water. I thought he was toast.

I have a vid from here I hope I can figure out how to post it. Still won't do the actual sight any justice! shocked

This is why 91 from the Texas side is closed.

Off to figure out how to post vids.

Nice pics. Anyone wading that water is looking to get a Darwin award.
