Hello all. Long time reader and finally decided to join. Lots of good information on this site especially in the crappie section........ Which is good because that's about all I fish for anymore. Grown up in east Texas my whole life. I fish caddo pines and Murvaul just about every weekend when it's not hunting season.

Lots of good folks on the forum, with a love for fishing. Funny, how a common interest can transcend politics, religion, age, and a host of other differences in people. On here, opinions matter, and so do people...it is easy to respect both! Oh, and since you are from east Texas, looks like there will be a springtime get together on your neck of the woods...good place to put a name to a face. Always funny stories involved

Glad to have you...you probably need to choose side's right now...are you a minnow or jig fisherman?...that's the only politics and religion on here hahah.
The driving force and secret desire of every bass fisherman, is to one day be a crappie fisherman............Could it be that the good Lord just smilies and looks the other way when a fisherman tells a lie?
