we offer a beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bath house for you and your family or your fishing buddies to come out to Lake Fork. It has 2 queen size beds, 1 queen size air mattress and one twin size air mattress, 2 couches, fully functioning kitchen, Direct TV, WiFi, back deck on grill, pocrch swing on front porch, and covered parking. this house is located in a quiet gated community just off HWY 154. prices: (For people NOT booking a trip with myself, JOSH PRIEST) $150 per night. (For clients booking a trip with JOSH PRIEST) $100 per night NO SMOKING IN THE HOUSE.        
Fishing Guide on Lake Fork, Monticello, Welsh, and Tawakoni for Bass, Crappie, and Catfish.
Half Day-$275 for 1-2 people. $75 per additional person.
Full Day-$425 for 1-2 people.
Crappie Trips-$200 for 1, $50 per person after that.
