after many a day pondering the thought, and researching the net, I ordered a new Minnkota Terrova 80 today. I've had one for about 2 years and it's great, but I want to try the newer spot-lock. Older the boys the bigger the toys my wife says,..LOL..

I'm wondering when are they going to revamp the shaft for the transducer cable....

They are a lot better at holding you closer than the old ones. You should be happy.
