little to no wind, and humidity felt like u were breathing thru a hot steamy towel. The yearly toxic geen looking slime is starting to form atop the water column in the south and mid part of the lake, and seems to shut the crappie down every year. Regardless we caught abt 23 fish with abt 1/2 being dinks and the rest just good cleaning size keepers. threw all back to fight another day. Will likely fish belton next time, until whatever the green slime is on waco goes away again.
COMING SOON! .. THE STICKLE HOOK " the stay level sickle hook". sits level in the water with all knots.! Provides better hook sets and more natural jigging motion. No more adjusting the knot, gluing , or tying loop knots that cause the hook point to tangle in the loop, or worse knick the line.. The jighook that will make all others obsolete !

Gonna be there for 3 days this weekend. Hope we can find them. Taking the whole family for a fews days camping. My 6 yr old grandson is ready to catch a few!!
