This is what I use to fillet them: American Angler Pro with the Saltwater Blades Hands down. (Electric) $149.99 on Amazon, but that comes with 5 Sets of Blades, a Carrying Bag, and a Glove. I use the Saltwater Blades. I'm sure just the knife can be found cheaper possibly. The saltwater Blades are $17.85 on Amazon. This is what I use to derib them: $26.83 on Amazon (6.1 inch) https://morakniv.se/en/product/fishing-comfort-fillet-155/Hope that helps!

I would rather die finding out there was no God than die finding out there is.

I like Bubba blades mainly for their handle . Not sure but looks like bass pro has some knock offs of the Bubba . A two pack with a 9 and 7 around 40.00 . Might have to try them out . The key to any knife is keep them sharp!
