I was looking for a place to retire near the Corsicana / Ennis area and saw Navarro Mills Lake. Anything you can tell me about the lake or the area good/bad??

Just because you can, doesn't mean you should!

The lake has been flooded lately but I hear the marina will open again soon. Great Crappie fishing on the lake. If you can split the difference between Bardwell and NM and RC your in a great fishing area. I don't know anything about the properties in the area but Corsicana area would give you more options lake wise.
