Spent about 5 hours on the lake and ended up catching 40-50 fish. Found fish suspended at 12-20 feet of water in 20'-35'. A lot of dinks. Only had 8 keepers. Was very surprised to find eggs still in two of the fish cleaned. Had a wild ride when I bumped a jig off the structure and hung a 23" hybrid. Took about 4-5 minutes to figure out that it wasn't a cat. Bent the heck out of that 11'rod, but a heck of a lot of fun. All fish caught on jigs. About half black and Chart. jokers and half Bobby Garland Monkey Milk. Was off the lake before noon. Water clarity was about 18".
