Got on the water around 8:00, and had a limit by 1:00. Of course I miscounted again! And only had 24 when I got to the ramp. Threw back a few that would have made 25. Maybe one day I'll figure it out. 1/16 oz. unpainted jig head was the ticket yesterday. Tried a couple of different colors before I got to the Cajun Cricket color. That is what they wanted. Whatzit was the brand. All fish were on brush in 8-16' of water. Some bites on the fall, some I didn't know they had it until I went to move over some. Some bites very subtle, some were good thumps. Fished on the south end of the lake, as the wind was pretty high. Water temp was around 75-76. Lots of folks out yesterday. It was a great day to be on the water.
