Does anyone here fish Lake Cypress Springs? I am going to a buddies' lake house this weekend, but have never fished the lake. If sounds like a decent crappie lake, but I'm not sure if I should be targeting something else instead.

Have not fished in long time used to own a lot in pelican bay. Used to be serious barn door crappie on that lake.

Cypess Spring and Bob Sandlin are Very good crappie Lakes. Look for brush in 18 to 25 feet of water. Lots of man made bursh on Cypress spring.
we make trips over there 10 or 20 time a year.
