I had the pleasure of fishing with John, Art, and John Jr yesterday afternoon. We hit the lake at 3 and dang was it hot and windy. We started fishing concrete and the bite was very slow!!! After about 2 hours of that these boys were primed and ready for some hogs, and that's just what we found😁. First brush pile was loaded up and John put this 2# pig in the boat.  After about 20 nice fish we left them biting and cruised to the next pile. Game on! Everyone started pulling slabs!!  We finished the day with a cooler full and several fish over 1.5#. a great trip with some great guys.   On a side note I'll let John tell you about the little mishap with his person best crappie😎.
