I kept tellin Jpenwell I would have him over for some crappie tacos & his reply was always "OK, WHEN?". Well, Saturday evening it happened. My sister joined us & brought her home made Spanish rice & of course it's the season so I had fresh Pico & Salsa too. On the way to the oven  Ready for consumption!  Everything turned out great & I think Jerry enjoyed the evening (included watching Paul Blart Mall Cop 2 after supper) but I'm not sure as he only went back to the kitchen for 2nd's! Or was it 3rd's?

Had a great time with my bud Pepop and his sister, highlighted with those fantastic crappie tacos, fresh pico and spanish rice. Best margarita ever too. Thanks Vern and Anna, looking forward to our next get together.
