Will try those babies out tomorrow, and will use LURE FLAVOR I received from Outdoor Brandz to enhance the bites.

thanks.
Those are 1/64, and 1/32. Right now water temp is so low, crappies are not active feeding. Just want to try much lighter jigs. I am out of some colors. Need to do some shopping soon. Tied lot of 1/16 before, save them for later.

Those are some nice ties. Just started tying my own and enjoy coming up with the different combos.

Good luck with the fishing.

Moonriver,
Have I stated that your not playing fair... Bad enough that your tying some fine looking jigs, then you go and tell me your going fishing... Just wait till this back gets better...

Thanks for all your kind word.

Went to LL barge this afternoon, fished from 3:30 to 6:30, caught only 1 crappie using my newly ties and LURE FLAVOR. Have couple of more bites, missed both of them.

Another gentlemen caught 7, 4 keepers. He was using red/white stinger. I sticker to my own lures, changed few colors, with no better result. Well, can always try another time.

I may head to Texoma in couple of weeks. Waiting for my new rod: 9'11", one piece, lure rating 1/2oz to 2 1/2oz. A friend is building it for me. When the rod is ready, friends and I will go fishing for big stripers in Texoma.
