Flying Fish on Abrams has frog legs...not sure how good they are, but the rest of their stuff is great. I have no idea about the quail. Good luck!

I've had frog legs at the Flying Fish in Ft. Worth and they were very good.
Gloria's Latin Cuisine in Highland Village serves grilled quail. I've not tried it but I hear it is good.

M&M steakhouse has great frog legs. The mountain oysters are perfect too.

Gloria's in Colleyville has excellent grilled quail. I highly recommend them!

Many Asian Buffets have frog legs in the evening, and quail eggs are a staple of most Asians

Not in DFW, but Vaughan's Catfish Restaurant on Lake Bob Sandlin has the best quail I've ever eaten. They're famous for their catfish, but man their quail is delicious. It's on the lake and the view can't be beat either.

It's on the lake and the view can't be beat either. I have had their catfish, it is ok. They are only famous since there is nothing else to eat in that area......
