Hello -

A co-worker is going to be in town this weekend, staying at the Hilton, but will have a car available. He's from Chicago and would like to enjoy some Texas BBQ.

Suggestions? Many thanks in advance.

David's is your best shot for BBQ in Arlington.

If your buddy would like some scenery, Bone Daddy's has some surprisingly decent BBQ for a chain breastaurant.

Second in David's and Cokers. I prefer Cokers, but David's is a close second

My house, LOL. I buy the dry rub from Rudy's BBQ, then slow smoke pork ribs for about 10 hours, so tender the bones fall out and the rub has some good spice to it.
