 Favorite Batman Villain One Liner

Having a few cold beverages watching the last of the latest Batman trilogy "The Dark Night Rises". I was a young buck when the first movie came out (Keaton and Nicholson). I've seen them all now but to me by far the trilogy is the best, and the villains are the reason why. For me it's a toss up between Joker played by Heath Ledger and Bain (don't know his real name).
My favorite is... "there can be no true despair without hope"

the villains always make the batman movies. There is only so much you can do with bat man. Heath Ledger is my favorite , Danny Devito as the first penguin was good also

Obviously I was kidding and referencing Scooby Doo, but for the heck of it I had to Google "Scooby Doo Batman".
