I decided on a whim to head to Amon Carter this morning. All are welcome to join. I'd also welcome any suggested areas/pins/weigh points to target since it's my first time out on the lakes. I'll post a full report when I return later.

Sorry guys, not much to report. I fished from about 8am - 7 pm. Only managed a few bites and those were most likely perch. Water on the new side is stained, with visibility about a foot. Water temp was 82-86. I covered a lot of water, both old and new sides, plenty of bait fish, but nothing chasing it. Everyone I talked to on the water had a similar experience. Better luck next time hopefully.

Thanks for the report Coach! Give it a couple days and it will settle down. I think it got a pretty good amount of rain the other day.

Water was dirty on the new side for sure. I was fly fishing this morning and couldn't even get any bites going. Not sure if that was you fishing around me this morning, Coach.
