Has anyone tried these or any similar magnetic transducer mount on their kayak?
I am considering this mounting method for my elite 4 chirp GPS unit. I Sony want the magnetic field to interfere with the signals.

I have one for sale! same your looking at! About a month old and it worked fine other than when your in real shallow and bump something and you have to straiten a bit! I also went ahead and got the Liberator arm and put on! I have every thing set up for trax system! All you need is Battery and fish finder! I have the same fish finder as you and it worked great on it. Reason for selling is because I bought a Hobie and it all mounts differently! Text me at 469-285-4242 and I'll send Pics.
