Going to Fish Grapevine Friday morning from first light until about lunch. Anyone have a bass report?

Slow for me this morning. One largemouth, about 15 inches, on a squarebill in about 5 feet of water. Two small white bass trolling a Rat-L-Trap type bait.

Thanks for the info. Do you fish grapevine a lot? I'm going to start from Murrell Park tomorrow. Much more now that I am semi-retired. I mainly fish from Twin Coves, but fished out of Murrell a couple years ago when Twin Coves was closed for repairs. I had some success fishing early mornings with top waters and then swim baits near the shoreline at Murrell.

Caught 6 bass on a Texas-rig in 10-12 feet of water on Friday morning and missed a couple more. Fished from 6-10 am
