I've read that I really shouldn't store my kayak flat on the ground because it can cause it to warp. I have the Bonafide SS127 and it has a relativity flat bottom. Would this apply to it? I just don't see how the already flat bottom would warp from it laying flat on the ground. Should i get some pool noodles and prop it up on its side against the wall or something until I can afford a more permanent storage option? Just making sure I don't mess the thing up before I even get out on the water.

Nothing yet. Sent them an email but figured I'd ask around the forum for some knowledge.

So Drew Steele with Bonafide told me that storing the boat flat is not a bad idea because the bottom is already flat. It's not going to hurt it.
