I could not have asked for a better finish to my 2015 season. I've been lucky locating some big willing to bite bass. The road runner has always been one of my confidence lures and this video shows why! I hope y'all enjoy the video.

Roadrunners are made to catch fishermen not fish!!! stir

I have used them for decades and they still produce, tip try changing the blade out to a hammered willow leaf and/or tying it up as a hair crappie jig.

Every so often I see the post "If you could only take one lure to survive with, what would it be?" and the Road Runner is on the top of my list for that.

Roadrunners have a very secure spot in all my tackle boxes. I even use them on flounder when I head south in the fall. I started fishing them for crappie a very long time ago and they just migrated into all my routines.

That's a great day, I think you have the cold water figured out.
Always a surprise to catch a Big-N on small bait. clap

This winter has been unusually warm and has allowed me to fish longer than last year! Again thanks for watching my videos! I can't wait to start filming from the Texas salt again!!!

Another great video, Mark. Looks like upper state NY fishing is growing on you. When you coming back to Tejas?
