I'm wanting to get out to lake fork sometime in the next few days. I want to hit up on of the bridges for some nighttime fishing for sandies and/or crappie. Any advice on where I should launch?

I see a boat ramp on google on the north end of the 2946 bridge... is it free? I don't mind paying a small fee if not. Assuming that it stays open all night, that ramp would be ideal.

The ramp on 2496 is the Rainswood County ramp and it's free. If you plan to fish bridges you could also use the public ramp just south of the 515 bridge.

I actually just got back from a weekend at Fork. I stayed at Mustang Resort. i was able to launch from their boat ramp, which was not busy because it's private, and fish around the coves. The sandies were hitting the surface all around me while I was out. Catfish and bass were also being caught by many of the others there.
Couldn't ask for a nicer place. The people their are really nice as long as you respect their property. I'll be going back for sure.
