Made a trip to southlake yesterday. I was hoping to see some pads starting to come in. I think I counted a dozen or so that have actually reached the surface. You can see them growing up though, about a foot under the surface. It was a beautiful day on the water. With the exception of one bass buggy, I had the place to myself. Threw a craw mostly but did have one blow up on a popper!

Southlake in Farmersville. Most of the fish came off the dam but they're all over the place in there.

Those are some good catches! Sounds like a great day!

Weather ended up being real nice yesterday. I could see it through the office window... Hopefully it holds up for this weekend for me to get some fishing in!
