 Aluminum pontoon calcium build up

Anyone know of someone that has experience removing calcium build up on pontoons? I would also like them to have the capability to lift toon off of trailer bed, so as to clean the bottom of toon's.

toilet bowl cleaner from dollar store will take it off if put in a sprayer not sure of someone that will lift it.
