Does the wind at Lake Fork tend to be as hard as Lake Tawakoni? I have never put my tube in there. So I am Curious. They are only about 30 Miles apart.

It depends on what direction, how much wind and where you are fishing as to how bad the wind will be. Other than that, all lakes are the same when it comes to being windier than forecasted. As far as the gators, I wouldn't worry about them. There are gators in every lake in Texas and most are not out swimming in 20 plus foot of water on bridges.
