It's crazy to me how the law will deviate for women. It's suppose to be black and white however I've read a lot of the law lately and there's always this sentence reguarding the law in ?, That says the judge may deviate. So whats the point of having the law if it's flexiable? Here's one example. Peru women in Denver is here illegally
And she gets arrested was hiding out in a church. They arrest her then allow her to stay so she can Goto her trial in September. If that was a man she'd be gone. She had 2 kids born in USA and she could not speak al lick of English yet her kids were atleast 10years old. So how were they born here and she not know any English in 10 years. No father insight. There's same crazy laws out there. Is all I got to say.

Laws aren't supposed to be black and white. That's racist.
Also if that was a man then it wouldn't be a she.

Deport the mother and what happens to two ten year old kids?
There must be some leeway for compassion and common sence when interpreting the law.
You are speaking of zero tolerance of immigration law yet I bet you critizise zero tolerance when a kid gets expelled from school for violating zero tolerance.

Deport her. Her kids belong with her, send them along too. She and her kind are here illegally. Her problems are not my problems.
